Please print out the E-Ticket (with QR Code) along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to exchange for admission pass.
Guest who purchase MyKad rate must present their IC upon ticket to exchange. Guest who fails to present their IC will be charged with Standard Rate at the ticketing counter. No refund will be provided either.
Child age 3 & below is free of charge of admission.
Children must be accompanied by one(1) paying Adult at all times.

How to Use
Receive your E-Ticket (with QR Code) instantly once payment has been made.
Download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) under your Wonderfly Account, select “BOOKINGS”, and click “VIEW VOUCHER”.
Or alternatively, download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) via your E-Mail. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Box if you could not acquire the E-Ticket from your Inbox.
Kindly present the PRINTED E-Ticket (with QR Code) and present it along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to exchange for admission ticket.
Lead Traveller must be present during the ticketing exchange.
Guest who purchase MyKad rate must present all guest’s MyKad / MyKid card during ticket exchange. Admission may be rejected shall guest fails to present their identification card.
No cancellation and refund after payments are made.
