Product Information
- Fixed Date Ticket: valid only on the selected visiting date.
- Lead Traveller must be present during the redemption of booking.
- Hotel surcharge (included) is applicable for Peak Dates as determined by the operator.
- A maximum of 2 additional persons may be added-on to a 2 pax tent. No additional persons allowed for 4 pax tent.
- Prior reservation required; subject to availability.
- Check-in time : 3.00pm / Check-out : 12.00pm.
- Combine vouchers for an extended stay.
- Packages are valid for both foreigners and MyKad holders.
- Children are classified as those above 90cm of height and 12 years of age.
- No refund is permitted once voucher is purchased.

Important To Note
- You can rearrange your date with Wonderfly if your preferred reservation date is fully booked.
- Kindly note that Add-On Package is only valid with purchase of a tent. Payment for Add-On Package without the purchase of a tent is strictly non-refundable.
- Kindly place your order at least 7 days in advance OR as soon as possible for a smoother booking experience.
- If your preferred date is fully booked, and your date is unable to be rearranged, a full refund will be made to you within 14 working days.
- Customers who purchase a package without checking availability will only be refunded in Wonderfly credits.
- Compulsory Purchase (New Year's Eve Celebration Event): It is compulsory to purchase year end celebration event ticket on 31st Dec 2022 at RM 120.00 nett ++ (inclusive)
How to Use
- Once tent confirmation payment has been made, you will receive your Wonderfly E-Ticket via Email or under your Wonderfly account.
- View & download your E-Ticket in the Wonderfly Account by selecting “BOOKINGS”, followed by “VIEW VOUCHER”.
- Kindly present the E-Ticket (with QR Code) on your MOBILE, along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to redeem admission ticket on your specified traveling date at Lost World Glamping.
- Lead Traveller must be present during check-in at Lost World Glamping counter.
- Receive your theme park e-ticket together with your room booking e-ticket once confirmation is made.
- Kindly present the E-Ticket (with QR Code) on your MOBILE, along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to redeem entrance wristband(s).
Cancellation Policy
- If your preferred date is fully booked, and unable to rearrange your date, a full refund will be made to you within 14 working days.
