• Fixed Date Ticket: valid only on the selected visiting date.
• Please PRINT the E-Ticket out prior visiting the attraction / Lost World Hotel.
• Lead Traveller must be present during check-in session. The name on the E-Ticket must match the IC / Passport presented.
• The operator has the authority to reject any guest should the above conditions not be fulfilled.

• Check-In: 3.00 pm onwards
• Check-Out: 12.00pm onwards
  

Lost World Hot Springs Night Park:

• Open daily: 6:00pm till 11:00pm
• Crystal Spa Treatment: 12.00 noon till 11:00pm
• Luminous Forest: 8:00pm till 10:00pm

• Kindly place your booking at least 5 days in advance to secure your room on your preferred date of stay, especially during peak seasons.
• Kindly only proceed with payment once confirmation is received that room is available at the preferred reservation date. Please check room availability with Wonderfly by calling us at 03-5870 2278.
• Customers who purchase a package without checking availability will only be refunded in Wonderfly credits.
• Full refund will be made (within 14 working days) if your preferred date is fully booked and your date is unable to be rearranged (with checking availability).
• Compulsory Purchase (New Year's Eve Celebration Event): It is compulsory to purchase year end celebration event ticket on 31st Dec 2022 at RM 120.00 nett ++ for 1 ticket. This additional charge will be added to the existing contract rate and existing surcharges where applicable.

• Once room confirmation payment has been made, you will receive your Wonderfly E-Ticket via Email or under your Wonderfly account.
• Download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) under your Wonderfly Account, select “BOOKINGS”, and click “VIEW VOUCHER”.
• Alternatively, download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Kindly present your Wonderfly E-Ticket and present it along with your IC / Passport on your specified traveling date at Lost World Hotel.
  
• Lead Traveller must be present during check-in at Lost World Hotel counter.

• Customers who purchase a package without checking availability will only be refunded in Wonderfly credits.
• If your preferred date is fully booked and your date is unable to be rearranged, a full refund will be made to you within 14 working days.
