Shuttle Service:
Shuttle service is available from Cenang Mall to Paradise 101 (Free return shuttle service, hourly schedule)
Operating Hours:
- Sunday - Thursday : 10 AM - 6 PM
- Friday & Saturday : 10 AM - 8 PM
- Water sports activities only available until 6 PM
- Boat transfer from Jetty 101 to Paradise 101 only take around 5 minutes and always available all the time within our operation hour.

Important To Note
- The package does not include transfer to the activity location.
- For Jet ski tour, guest weight must not exceed 150 KG for twin sharing. If weight exceeds, we would highly recommend for safety purposes to use separate jet ski.
- Minimum child age for all water sports activities is 7 years old and must be accompanied by an adult/ marshal.
- We would suggest you to bring extra clothes, sun blocks, sunglasses, dry bag (if you have valuables you want to protect)
- If a package is not available due to safety or maintenance issues, an alternative will be provided. Activities are subject to availability, weather and sea conditions.
- No outside food & drinks allowed.

Download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) under your Wonderfly Account, select “BOOKINGS”, and click “VIEW VOUCHER”.
Or alternatively, download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
Please present the E-Ticket (with QR Code) through MOBILE along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to redeem admission tickets.
Lead Traveller must be present during ticket redemption.
