Ticket Validity & Info :
- Fixed date : Only valid on the selected booking date.
- 3 days advance booking.
Operating Hour :
- Open daily - 2 sessions per day
- Morning 9am to 2.30pm and Afternoon 2pm to 6 pm
What To Bring:
- Extra clothes

Rough Rafting Trip Itinerary of maximum 3 hours of 7km of river route:
- Meet at starting point
- Safety briefing by professional river guide
- Begin your rafting adventure

- Continue rafting
- Reach ending point and have lunch
Important To Note
- Water level in the river are depending on the wheather.
- Should the water level not suitable for the rafting session (too low), the trip will be move to Sungai Ulu Slim or postpone the date.

There will be 2 sessions per day. 3 days advance booking required.
Minimum age : 10 years old, maximum age : 65 years old
Maximum weight : 100 kg

How to Use
- Place your booking minimum 3 days in advance to secure a slot.
- Receive your E-Ticket within 48 hours once payment has been made.
- Download your E-Ticket under your Wonderfly Account, select “BOOKINGS”, and click “VIEW VOUCHER”.
- Alternatively, download your E-Ticket via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
- Kindly present your MOBILE E-Ticket along with your IC / Passport upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations or refunds allowed after payment has been made.
- If your preferred date or slot is fully booked and your date is unable to be rearranged, a full refund will be made to you within 14 working days.
