Ticket Validity & Info:
- Voucher valid until 14 September 2023.
- Lead Traveller must be present during check-in session. The name on the E-Ticket must match the IC / Passport presented.
- The operator has the authority to reject any guest should the above conditions not be fulfilled.
- Hotel surcharge RM 150 (eve, PH & festive period) is payable to Hotel upon room reservation.
- No refund is permitted once voucher is purchased.
Check In & Check Out Time:
- Check-In: 3.00pm
- Check-Out: by 11.00am
- Rooms requiring late check-out until 6.00pm on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the contracted rates. Any check-out after 6.00pm will be charged at full rate.

Important To Note
- RM 150 surcharge is not included in Eve, Public Holiday & Festive Period room rate. Surcharge is payable to Hotel team upon room reservation. For reservations at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson, please email reservations@lexis.my with a copy of e-voucher(s).
Maximum occupants allowed are four persons (4) per room. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons above the maximum number of occupants as per hotel policy is chargeable at the discretion of the Hotel.
- Kindly place your booking at least 7 days in advance to secure your room on your preferred date of stay, especially during peak seasons.
E-voucher(s) is not refundable and not redeemable for cash. E-voucher(s) are transferrable.
How to Use
- Once room confirmation payment has been made, you will receive your Lexis Hibiscus e-voucher via Email or under your Wonderfly account.
- Download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) under your Wonderfly Account, select “BOOKINGS”, and click “VIEW VOUCHER”.
- Alternatively, download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
Room Reservation :
- Once booking is made, customer must contact Lexis Hibiscus Hotel team reservations@lexis.my to reserve the room.
Room reservations must be made minimum SEVEN (7) days in advance; e-voucher(s) number must be provided during room booking. Rooms are subject to availability.
- A surcharge of RM150nett per room per night is applicable on the eve and day of public holidays, festive periods & school holidays
- All surcharges must be paid upon completion of room booking.

Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation and refund is allowed once booking is made.
