• Disembarkation to any of the following jetties are allowed: 
  • Clarke Quay
  • Read Bridge 
  • Boat Quay
  • Fullerton
  • Merlion Park 
  • or Esplanade. 
• Please note that you are not able to re-board the boat once you've disembarked.
• Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Children under 3 years old enters free of charge
• The activity is operational in all weather conditions except during storms or typhoons. In case of cancellation, you will be given the option to book an alternative date
• This activity is not wheelchair-accessible

• Receive your E-Ticket instantly once payment has been made.
• Download your E-Ticket  under your Wonderfly Account, select “BOOKINGS”, and click “VIEW VOUCHER”.
• Alternatively, download your E-Ticket via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Kindly present your MOBILE E-Ticket along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter.
