• Open Dated Ticket: valid before the selected date.
• Children aged 0-2 can enter free of charge

• Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
• Please do not wear strong scented perfume as animals are sensitive to odor
• Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff
• All visitors are required to book their visit date online before visiting the parks
• Visit the portal to book your visit date. Be ready with your ticket visual
• If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability
• Free WiFi is available inside the park
• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible. Please note that if you are taking the tram, you will need to fold the stroller or wheelchair before boarding the tram

• Receive your E-Ticket (with QR Code) instantly once payment has been made.
• Download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) under your Wonderfly Account, select “BOOKINGS”, and click “VIEW VOUCHER”.
• Alternatively, download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
• Kindly present your MOBILE E-Ticket (with QR Code) along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to redeem admission ticket(s).
• Lead Traveller must be present during the ticketing exchange

• No cancellations or refunds allowed after payment has been made
