Fixed Date Ticket: valid only on the selected visiting date.
Lead Traveller must be present during check-in session. The name on the E-Ticket must match the IC / Passport presented.
The operator has the authority to reject any guest should the above conditions not be fulfilled.
Tips for your stay:
Houses at The Dusun are self-catered. Guests may bring their own ingredients for cooking, as cooking facilities are provided. Meals are available to order at the accommodation (additional charges apply).
WiFi is only available in the common area, and may not be available from individual accommodations.
Due to the accommodations' location, guests are encouraged to wear insect repellent when exploring outside. Vapemats and mosquito coil is provided in the rooms.
Maximum capacity for each accommodation are non-negotiable for everyone’s comfort.
Please note, this accommodation is not suitable for guests who require wheelchairs.

Dates for application of Weekend, Public & School Holidays surcharge (included) are subject to change at the operator's discretion.
For the safety of guests and staff, The Dusun will not provide housekeeping services for the time being, and will do a full clean between each guest stay. Guests may contact GuestCare on-site for assistance during their stay.
Kindly place your booking at least 7 days in advance to secure your room on your preferred date of stay, especially during peak seasons.
Kindly only proceed with payment once confirmation is received that room is available at the preferred reservation date. Please check room availability with Wonderfly by calling us at 03-5870 2278.
Full refund will be made (within 14 working days) if your preferred date is fully booked and your date is unable to be rearranged (with checking availability).
How to Use
Once room confirmation payment has been made, you will receive your Wonderfly E-Ticket via Email or under your Wonderfly account.
Download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) under your Wonderfly Account, select “BOOKINGS”, and click “VIEW VOUCHER”.
Alternatively, download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
Kindly present your PRINTED Wonderfly E-Ticket and present it along with your IC / Passport on your specified booking date(s).
If your preferred date is fully booked and your date is unable to be rearranged, a full refund will be made to you within 14 working days.
