Insider Tips:
- Please wear comfortable attire when visiting The Rift. Avoid wearing skirts, dresses, or high heels.
- For guests who wear glasses, you may opt for contact lenses for a more comfortable experience.
- There are rental lockers available at the attraction. You may rent a locker to store your belongings or minimize the number of belongings carried on hand.
- Mini stowage areas are available at most of the attractions.

Important To Note
- Guests are allowed to re-enter to The Rift while their wristband is still valid. Participation on rides however depends on the available credit leftover.
- Age & height requirements for participation of rides:
- Exit Reality Rides or EXA : Age 12 & above
- Terminator X : Age 9 & above
- Height Requirement for EXA, Hurricane VR, The Leap: 130cm & above.
- Please plan group activities before visiting the attraction. Please check the maximum group size per session for each attraction.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with epilepsy, guests with a history of seizures, heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
How to Use
- Receive your E-Ticket (with QR Code) instantly once payment has been made.
- View & download your E-Ticket in your Wonderfly Account by selecting “BOOKINGS”, followed by “VIEW VOUCHER”.
- Kindly present the E-Ticket (with QR Code) on your MOBILE, along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to redeem admission ticket.
- Lead Traveller must be present during ticketing redemption.
