- Fixed Date Ticket: valid only on the selected date of visiting .
- Children aged 0-2 enjoy admission free of charge.

- South American Fur Seal: (Sat - Thurs) 2.30 pm (Friday) 4.00 pm
- African Penguins: 11.00 am & 2.45 pm (daily)
- Rockhopper Penguins: 11.15 am & 3.00 pm (daily)
- Tunnel Tank: 3.30 pm (daily)
- Small-Clawed Otter : 11.45 am & 4.15 pm (daily)

- Receive your E-Ticket (with QR Code) instantly once payment has been made.
- Download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) under your Wonderfly Account, select “BOOKINGS”, and click “VIEW VOUCHER”.
- Alternatively, download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
- Kindly present the E-Ticket (with QR Code) on your MOBILE, along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to redeem admission ticket.
