TRANSFORMERS: The Ride (TFM) is closed for scheduled maintenance on 6th January 2020 (Monday) and 7th January 2020 (Tuesday).
Please ensure to check the attraction's operating hours on the day of your visit on their respective website, as it may vary at the times of the year and days of the week. Some attractions may be temporarily unavailable. No refund and change of travel date are allowed once the ticket is issued.
The park shall remain operational in case of light rain. The decision to proceed is up to the ticket holder.
Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by at least one paying adult at all times.

To view & download your E-Ticket in your Wonderfly Account or via the Wonderfly Mobile App, please select “BOOKINGS”, followed by “VIEW VOUCHER”.
Alternatively, download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) via your Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to find the E-Ticket in your Inbox.
Enter directly to Universal Studios Singapore using your MOBILE E-Ticket (with USS Logo & QR code) by scanning it at the turnstile.
This ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable, and is void if altered.
No cancellations or refunds allowed after payment has been made.
